Noelia Bebelia, Albariño
The Noelia Bebelia Albariño is a dry, crisp, white wine from the Rías Baixas region in Galicia, Spain. That’s the region right above Portugal, giving this wine natural salinity and minerality from the ocean
Our staff member, Braden, chose this for our wine of the week highlight.
“I love this wine! It’s a really nice, very bright, high acid wine that pairs well with anything, and is delicious on its own. I recommend pairing it with light seafood, oysters, Mediterranean fish, any seafood pretty much!”
Made by husband and wife, Noelia y Simón, their goal was to create an Albariño wine that would restore their region’s reputation, and they did exactly that! You’ll notice notes of fresh fruit in this delicious wine, including citrus, melon, and pear.
Noelia Bebelia is a micro-winery, focused on creating extraordinary wines as a result of a sustainable relationship between humans and nature. Both owners are personally involved in every step of the process, and make it a point to only use grapes exclusively cultivated from their plot.
Our sommelier proudly selects wines that are ethically farmed, and focused on sustainability. You can see how this one made the cut! Now this is your sign to stop by a try a glass for yourself. Cheers!
